House rules

We want you to enjoy your stay, however, there are certain rules that must be followed at all times.

RULES

- Parties and events are not allowed.

- Pets are not allowed.

- Quiet hours are from 10pm to 9am.

- Smoking is not permitted in the building or on the floor.

-Illegal streaming on the Internet is not allowed.

- Additional guests must be approved before they can stay.

Towels and clothes are not allowed on the balconies. The apartment has a clothesline.

- If you are bringing a surfboard, stroller, bicycle, or similar, please inform us in advance.

In the event of violation of any of these rules, we reserve the right to contact local authorities and collect your damage deposit.

DEPOSIT

Once the reservation is made, Homely Tenerife will require a refundable deposit of €250.
